The Director designs and leads execution of operational strategies in alignment with the restaurant vision. The Director of Operations develops talent, identifies opportunities and implements systems that foster a culture of caring and operational excellence.

    • Enthusiastically answer the phone

    • Complete SAFE Daily Critical and eRQAs

    • Use the Customer Care Log to address guest complaint issues

    • Complete catering orders, including setups and adding orders to POS
