The Assistant Director is responsible for leading execution of operational strategies in alignment with the restaurant vision. The shift leader partners with the Senior leadership to develop talent, identifies opportunities and implements systems that foster a culture of caring and operational excellence.

Demonstrate ability to:
Run breaks
Use Setup sheets
Efficiently lead shifts
Complete timely inventory transfers and weekly/monthly inventory management
Ensure proper cash management (Counting register tills, Change fund, InForm)
Enthusiastically answer the phone
Complete SAFE Daily Criticals and eRQAs
Use the Customer Care Log to address guest complaint issues
Complete catering orders, including setups and adding orders to POS
Effectively document Procedures & processes
